Amherst Winery: Amherst has been making hand crafted small batch wines for more than 20 years achieving a 5 Star Winery Rating in the James Halliday Wine Companion. The focus in the winemaking is to utilising wild yeast ferments, subtle French oak and minimal intervention. The resulting wines reflect the sites from which they come and are elegant and complex with lovely intensity and balanced acidity.
Apostle Whey Cheese: The home of award winning gourmet cheeses produced on an environmentally sustainable farm from a mixed herd of contented cows.
Bagdad Fine Foods: Bagdad Fine Foods produces a range of fabulous dressings which are perfect for salads and vegetables or as a tasty marinade for all types of meats.
Barangaroo Wines: Boutique producer of quality wines. Vermentino is the signature wine. Sparkling white and red available.

Best’s Great Western: Founded in 1866 in the Great Western wine region of Victoria, Best’s Great Western is one of Australia’s oldest continuously family owned and operated wineries. Best’s is known to have some of the oldest vines in Australia and produces extraordinary wines with great longevity.
Blackpod Vanilla: Our products include vanilla pods, vanilla sugar and vanilla extract. All of our extracts are Australian made and include our halal certified range. Fratin Brothers Vineyard: This is the next chapter in the family originally behind the well renowned Mt Langi Ghiran Vineyard. The vineyards are nestled between the rolling hills of the Great dividing range in the Grampians region. Producing small quantities of Merlot, Sangiovese, Tempranillo & Chardonnay with Shiraz cuttings taken from the oldest vines at Langi being the backbone for our outstanding Estate grown Grampians Shiraz.

Halls Gap Estate: Our vineyard of Shiraz, Cabernet and Riesling was planted on the steep Eastern slopes of the Grampians in 1969. Three Single vineyard wines are produced under the Halls Gap Estate label.

The Flying Calamari Brothers: Our product is simple, fresh local Calamari finely sliced, dusted with flour, lightly fried and then seasoned with sea salt and pepper. It is presented in a white recyclable paper cone with a Cos lettuce leaf and wooden chopsticks. The customer may also select to add our condiments of fresh lemon and homemade sweet chilli mayonnaise.
The Forge Pizzeria: The Forge Pizzeria creates delicious wood fired pizzas made with fresh local produce and high quality deli ingredients. We pride ourselves on pizza perfection, passion and a fun laid-back atmosphere. Once your pizza is ordered, its action a plenty. Using our fresh healthy dough recipe, the stretcher starts stretching the base, great viewing in itself. The makers add the right amount of ingredients, which have all been freshly prepared on our premises, into the wood fire oven and then the magic happens. Fresh, healthy and wood fired.
