| 11.00am | Festival opens – Wine sampling, delicious delights to enjoy and indulge in. Purchase a wine lover’s package and find your preferred wines. Get into the swing with live music performances throughout the day. |
| 11.00am | Flight display throughout the day by the RAAF Balloons operated by No. 28 Squadron (see festival highlights for more information). |
| 11.30am | Official launch of the Grampians Produce Directory by MP Joe Helper. |
